Getting inside the Friday injury report in the NFC North:
Chicago Bears: The only concerns of note are receiver Devin Hester (ankle) and safety Daniel Manning, both of whom are listed as questionable. Hester almost certainly will play against Arizona after practicing. The same is true for Manning.
Detroit Lions: Receiver Calvin Johnson (knee) and tailback Kevin Smith (shoulder) are listed as questionable. Johnson practiced all week and Smith made it on the field on Thursday and Friday. Coach Jim Schwartz said he is optimistic that both will play. Johnson seems like a better bet than Smith.
Green Bay Packers: Linebacker Brandon Chillar (hand), receiver Jordy Nelson (knee), tight end Jermichael Finley (knee) and center Jason Spitz (back) have all been ruled out. Offensive lineman T.J. Lang (oblique) was added to the injury report Friday as questionable, making it even more likely that Chad Clifton will start at left tackle against Tampa Bay.
