You know how the old saying goes: NFL players are never in better shape than on the first day of training camp. Or, that's the way it should be.
Chicago Bears receiver Brandon Marshall has provided some visual evidence of that theory. Marshall tweeted the photograph below from his Instagram account, depicting what appears to be his offseason body composition numbers. Wednesday's figures are pretty impressive for a "big" receiver: 235 pounds and 6.2 percent body fat.
