CINCINNATI -- Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley has left Sunday’s game at Cincinnati.

He was taken to the locker room for evaluation after an apparent blow to the head in the first quarter. Finley ran a seam route on a third-and-11 play and got drilled by Bengals safety George Iloka, who appeared to lead with his shoulder.

There was no penalty called for a hit on a defenseless receiver.

Finley initially tried to get up after the hit but then went down to one knee, which brought out the Packers’ medical staff.
