ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Running back Reggie Bush returned to Detroit Lions practice on Friday but rookie cornerback Darius Slay missed practice for the first time this regular season with a knee injury.

Slay, who started Thanksgiving for the first time since Week 2 due to an injury to Chris Houston, first appeared on the injury report Thursday with a banged up knee.

Then he missed practice Friday, raising concern about his availability Sunday against Philadelphia.

Other than Slay, the majority of the Lions appear to be available for Sunday. Besides Bush, defensive end Israel Idonije returned to practice on Friday.
