EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- As the Minnesota Vikings get ready for their final game at the Metrodome on Dec. 29, we're putting together a big package of Metrodome memories that will run a couple days before the game. We've talked to current players, coaches and some former players about their fondest memories in the old stadium, but we'd also like to hear from you.
We've compiled a list of the 10 most memorable Vikings games in Metrodome history, and when the piece runs next week, you'll get a chance to pick your favorites. But we'd like to include some of your own memories in the package. If you were there to witness a big Vikings moment in the Metrodome, and you'd like to share your story, email a paragraph or two to me at email@example.com, and I'll include some of the best ones in the story next week. I'm not going to divulge the whole list, but it's probably not a huge spoiler to let you know that Brett Favre's pass to Greg Lewis and Adrian Peterson's 296-yard game both made the list.
Email me your thoughts, and come back next week to read the whole piece and rank your favorite Metrodome games.
