Wake-up call: Practice No. 11

August, 6, 2014
Every day of Chicago Bears training camp, we'll have a wake-up call that previews the day ahead.

9 a.m. CT -- Bears practice at Olivet Nazarene University (open to the public).

Approximately 11:30 a.m. CT -- Marc Trestman and select players will be available to the media at the end of practice.

With only a walk-through scheduled for Thursday before the Bears kickoff their preseason schedule on Friday at Soldier Field, Marc Trestman anticipates a physical and spirited middle-of-the-week session. ESPN 1000’s “Carmen & Jurko Show” broadcasts live at camp from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. followed by former Bears wide receiver Tom Waddle and I from 2-6 p.m. Finally, I join Jonathan Hood and Michael Wright live at T.J. Donlins in Bourbonnais from 6-8 p.m. on ESPN 1000.

Among the storylines we’ll be following:
  • More reaction to the Martellus Bennett suspension.
  • Will the Bears sign another WR?
  • Trestman tells us the players not scheduled to play Friday night vs. the Eagles.
