Chicago fans are no doubt feeling disrespected after checking out the latest version of ESPN.com's power rankings.
Although the Bears and Green Bay are tied with a 4-3 record, the Packers were voted No. 10 overall while the Bears are No. 13. At closer inspection, you'll probably notice that eight of the 12 voters actually had it the other way around.
After consulting with power ranking guru Mike Sando, I'm reminded the rankings are determined by the average vote for each team among the 12 voters. A few low votes for the Bears pulled their overall average down.
I was among the four who had Green Bay (No. 10) ahead of Chicago (No. 11). Yes -- sarcasm alert -- I have a cheesehead in my closet.
