B & B all over: Wrist surgery for Lang

By Kevin Seifert

We've spent much of the offseason debating the future configuration of Green Bay's offensive line. But as it turns out, some of those possibilities will have to be placed on hold.

Second-year guard/tackle T.J. Lang had wrist surgery April 5 and isn't expected to participate in offseason team activities this spring. Jason Wilde of reports Lang should be ready when training camp begins at the end of July.

According to Greg A. Bedard of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Lang fractured the scaphoid bone in his left wrist during a practice in December. The injury didn't improve during the early stages of the offseason, necessitating surgery. When he's healthy, Lang could be in play for both the left guard and right tackle positions.
