Rodgers featured on 'PTI' special Friday
By Rob Demovsky
GREEN BAY, Wis. – Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be featured Friday on one of two "Pardon the Interruption" PTImeline specials.
It will air at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
Using PTI conversations between hosts Tony Kornheiser and Michael Wilbon, the 30-minute show will document Rodgers’ career, beginning with his frustrating slide down the draft in 2005 and including the transition the Packers made from Brett Favre to him. The story details how Rodgers overcame criticism to lead the Packers to a Super Bowl title and become one of the NFL’s top quarterbacks.
The Rodgers’ PTImeline episode will air immediately after a similar special about Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, which starts at 8 p.m. on Friday.
