Looks like a busy day on the horizon. I'm on a conference call with ESPN draft guru Mel Kiper Jr. right now and hope to share some of his thoughts with you later. Also, should have lots of stuff from the breakfast with NFC coaches at the owners' meeting.
In the meantime, here's a quick look around the NFC South.
Western Michigan safety Louis Delmas reportedly will visit the Falcons prior to the draft. This is a need area for the Falcons, but remember, it's just a visit. Lots of players will visit with lots of teams. Just because a guy makes a visit to a team doesn't mean he's going to get drafted there.
The Falcons also will have Georgetown defensive end Ataefiok Etukeren in for a visit.
Quarterback Michael Vick reportedly has been writing a book while in prison.
Carolina owner Jerry Richardson continues to fare well in his recovery from heart-transplant surgery. But Richardson is sitting out the owners' meeting.
Former Panther and Buccaneer Isaac Hilton was arrested on drug charges while at practice with a minor-league team in Pennsylvania.
Co-chairman Joel Glazer shot down speculation that ownership is having financial problems and the team could be for sale.
Pretty quiet on the New Orleans front this morning. But coach Sean Payton is speaking to the media in California right now. We'll have what he said a bit later.
