SEATTLE – With the New Orleans Saints losing to the Seahawks on Saturday, the NFC South is down to only the Atlanta Falcons left in the playoffs.

The Falcons are the NFC’s top seed and drew a bye this week. We won’t know who their opponent for next week will be until tonight when the game between Green Bay and Philadelphia is over.

The Falcons will play the lowest seed remaining. If No. 6 Green Bay wins today, the Falcons will host the Packers. If Philadelphia wins, the Falcons will host the No. 4 Seahawks.

I’m getting ready to begin the trip home. I’ll check in late tonight with a Quick Take preview of the Falcons and their opponent.
