The winter storm that has paralyzed much of the Atlanta area will force the Falcons to spend a second straight day of practice indoors.

I just spoke to a team official who said the team is preparing to hold Tuesday’s practice in its indoor facility, which is right next to the outdoor practice fields at the Flowery Branch complex. The outdoor fields still are covered with snow.

The team practiced indoors Monday, but that session was just a walkthrough. Today’s practice will be like a Wednesday during the regular season and the team will begin installing its game plan for Saturday’s playoff game with the Green Bay Packers.

The Falcons aren’t sure if their outdoor fields will be usable for practice on Wednesday or Thursday. Friday’s practice is just a brief walkthrough.
