A quick look at some headlines from around the NFC South.

The Saints have sold out the Superdome for the upcoming season. This marks the fourth straight year the building will be sold out and there's a waiting list of about 50,000 for season tickets.

Carolina's coaching staff and front office has shed a bunch of weight with offseason diet and exercise. Rumor is John Fox has his guys training in order to resume the softball game against the media, which was last played in 2002. For the record, the media won that game.

Daniel Cox takes a look at Jerious Norwood and suggests it would be a good idea to get the running back more involved in the offense. Hope Mike Smith and Mike Mularkey read this one.

Tampa Bay's Jeremy Zuttah is getting some first-team work at guard. Presumably, that's because starter Aaron Sears hasn't been practicing.
