The Carolina Panthers continued to fill out their coaching staff Friday as they announced the hiring of two assistant coaches.

Warren Belin will coach linebackers and John Settle will coach running backs. Both come with backgrounds as college assistants. Belin spent last season at Georgia after spending eight years at Vanderbilt. He coached at several other colleges before that and played at Wake Forest.

Settle spent the past four seasons at Wisconsin and was at Fresno State for eight seasons prior to that. He also had a brief stint as an NFL assistant, coaching with Cleveland and Baltimore for three years.

Settle played at Appalachian State and for the Atlanta Falcons and Washington Redskins.
