Like a lot of teams, the Atlanta Falcons cut salaries and some employees were forced to take furloughs during the NFL’s lockout.

Now that the lockout is over, that money will be made up. A team source said owner Arthur Blank plans to re-pay all employees any money they lost during the lockout. Employees who were given raises after March 1, had their salaries frozen. But the source said the money those employees missed out on will be paid July 31.

The Falcons did not have any layoffs during the lockout.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers also furloughed all employees for a week in May. The team has said all missed wages would be paid in full as long as no regular-season games were missed.
