TAMPA, Fla. -- I just arrived at Raymond James Stadium, where the Bucs are having their annual night practice, which also is largely a fan festival.
Should be a fairly interesting practice because the players are supposed to be wearing pads, doing some goal-line work and other hitting is expected. I’ll hit you back with some observations once practice wraps up.
A couple other notes as I wait for practice, which is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
The massive banners of players on the exterior of the stadium are back. Well, technically, there are new ones up. The old ones were taken down right about the time the lockout started. The new ones feature the people you’d expect -- quarterback Josh Freeman, running back LeGarrette Blount, defensive tackle Gerald McCoy and receiver Mike Williams.
Also, the Bucs are expected to release their first official depth chart Monday.
