The Carolina Panthers reportedly had receiver/return man Dexter Jackson in for a visit Tuesday. They haven’t announced any signing yet, but don’t rule out the possibility of Jackson being on the practice field with the Panthers Wednesday.

But remember it may be just as a member of the practice squad. Don’t get your hopes too high with this one. Jackson flopped miserably after being a second-round pick with Tampa Bay last season and was released in the preseason.

But he could be worth a look for the Panthers, who have some major questions in their return game.
