ATLANTA -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hold the fifth pick in the 2012 NFL draft, according to ESPN Stats & Information.

The 4-12 Bucs tied the Cleveland Browns, but the Browns got the fourth pick because their strength of schedule was easier than the Bucs’.

The Carolina Panthers will get either the eighth or ninth pick in the first round. The 6-10 Panthers tied with the Miami Dolphins and their strength of schedule was the same.

There will be a coin flip after the playoffs to determine if the Panthers get to pick eighth or ninth.

The New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons currently don’t have first-round picks in 2012 because they traded them in 2011 to draft Mark Ingram and Julio Jones.
