It’s the quiet time in the NFC South and across the rest of the NFL. That’s why I’m thankful for Atlanta wide receiver Roddy White.
WhiteHe has a verified Twitter account. But I like to call it “room service" because White is capable of coming up with good material on a slow day. He did it again Monday as he made several comments about a report that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell eventually could earn as much as $20 million per year.
Take a stroll through White’s comments because there is some language we can’t quote directly. But White basically wonders how someone who can’t run, tackle or catch can make so much money?
He might have a point. And New Orleans fans will be happy to know White's latest installment doesn't involve the Saints.
