TAMPA, Fla. -- There was a scary moment near the end of the first half of Tampa Bay’s preseason game Friday night with New England. Pro Bowl guard Davin Joseph was carted off after suffering an apparent injury to his right knee.

Joseph went down with 1 minute, 5 seconds left in the first half. He was clutching his knee and teammates gathered near him and joined hands. After being examined on the field by medical personnel, Joseph was taken to the locker room and likely will undergo more testing.

The team didn’t have any immediate update on the injury. I’ll let you know what coach Greg Schiano has to say about Joseph after the game.
