If you put any stock in the “Madden 13’’ simulations, the New Orleans Saints will get their first win of the season, the Atlanta Falcons will stay undefeated and Cam Newton won’t be sulking on the Carolina Panthers sideline.

In the New Orleans game, the simulation has Drew Brees setting an NFL record with a touchdown pass in his 48th consecutive game and the Saints getting a 30-24 victory against the San Diego Chargers.

In the Carolina game, the simulation has Newton having a solid day, but running back DeAngelo Williams is the big star as the Panthers defeat the Seattle Seahawks 30-24.

The simulation has Atlanta defeating the Washington Redskins 30-21 with Matt Ryan continuing his campaign for MVP and Michael Turner continuing his resurgence after a slow start to the season.
