Update on Pro Bowl voting

If Pro Bowl voting ended right now, the NFC South would have only four starters in the all-star game.

Atlanta tight end Tony Gonzalez, Tampa Bay free safety Ronde Barber and New Orleans punter Thomas Morstead each are the NFC leaders at their positions. Atlanta’s Justin Blalock is No. 2 among NFC guards.

Fortunately, there still is time for fans to vote and coaches and players will fill out their ballots next week.

But I was able to get a list of the top five vote-getters at each position as of earlier Wednesday. Here’s a position-by-position look of NFC South players who are among the top five:
