Three of the four NFC South teams will get back to work Monday.

The Panthers, Saints and Buccaneers will begin their offseason programs. The Falcons will start April 22.

The nine week offseason programs are conducted in three phases and teams will start off lightly. For the first two weeks, activities will be limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation.

In the second phase, teams will spend three weeks in which on-field workouts can include individual instruction and drills as well as team practices where units must work separately. No live contact or team offense against team defense is allowed.

The third phase is the final four weeks of the program. In that period teams can hold a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity (OTAs). No live contact is allowed, but teams can do 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.

Teams also can hold one mandatory minicamp for veteran players. Atlanta’s minicamp camp is scheduled June 18-20. Carolina’s is June 11-13. New Orleans will hold its minicamp June 4-6. Tampa Bay’s minicamp is scheduled for June 11-13.
