Richard Seymour, a former standout at the University of Georgia, discussed his talks with the Falcons, the possibility of retirement in an interview with SiriusXM NFL Radio. “But in terms of Atlanta, obviously, we had some talks,” said Seymour. "[There's] really nothing new to report. I think they are a team that is definitely on the rise and they obviously have a lot of great players at the positions that you want to have."

Carolina Panthers

The team released its training-camp schedule Wednesday. The Panthers will report to Wofford College on Thursday, July 25, and hold its first practice the following day. Training camp will end Aug. 13.
