Dashon Goldson hopes to return for Bucs

November, 7, 2013
TAMPA, Fla. -- There hasn’t been a lot of good news out of One Buccaneer Place this season, but here’s a little.

Safety Dashon Goldson, who has missed the past two games with a knee injury, was able to participate in most of Thursday’s practice. Goldson said he’s optimistic he’ll be able to return for Monday night’s game against the Miami Dolphins.

“I felt a lot better than I thought it was going to be," Goldson said.

In other injury news, running back Doug Martin (shoulder) was held out of Thursday’s practice. Guard Davin Joseph, who was given Wednesday off as a day of rest, returned to practice Thursday.
