Buccaneers 'flexing' their muscle
By Pat Yasinskas
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers might not be ready for prime time in the eyes of the television networks, but they’re at least getting a more prestigious time slot for their Nov. 28 game at Baltimore.
According to the Ravens, that game has been “flexed’’ to 4:15 p.m. ET and will air on FOX. The game originally was supposed to start at 1 p.m. ET. That day’s game between the Eagles and the Bears also will be moved to the late-afternoon time slot.
Since the game is in Baltimore, Tampa Bay fans will be able to watch. The Bucs have had all of their home games blacked out on local television because they haven’t sold out and that trend is expected to continue through the rest of the season.
