Fox on the run in coaches poll

Just took a look at the SportsNation NFL Head Coach Approval Ratings and wasn’t all that surprised that John Fox is running away with this -- in a negative way.
As of 1:17 p.m. ET, Fox’s rating was a league-low 15 percent. Not sure that owner Jerry Richardson pays attention to polls, but I’m sure he keeps a close eye on won-loss record.
The honeymoon’s over for Tampa Bay’s Raheem Morris. His approval rating is 42 percent, but there are eight coaches with lower ratings.
On the plus side, New Orleans’ Sean Payton, who wasn’t exactly Mr. Popularity last year, is at 91 percent, and that ties him for second with Rex Ryan of the Jets and Pittsburgh’s Mike Tomlin. Atlanta’s Mike Smith comes in at 90 percent.
