NFC South QB Watch

Heading into Sunday’s game at Philadelphia, Atlanta’s Matt Ryan had a 45.3 career Total QBR, his worst figure against any team he had faced at least twice.
Well, that changed dramatically. Ryan posted a 95.7 Total QBR in a victory against the Eagles.
On the flip side, New Orleans’ Drew Brees had a 24.2 Total QBR, his lowest total since Week 7 of 2010 and third lowest over the past five seasons.

Sunday: Completed 22 of 29 passes for 262 yards and three touchdowns in a 30-17 victory against the Eagles.
Week 8 Total QBR: No. 3 at 95.7
Season Total QBR: No. 3 at 77.6
Sunday: Completed 22 of 42 passes for 214 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in a 34-14 loss to the Broncos.
Week 8 Total QBR: No. 21 at 24.2
Season Total QBR: No. 12 at 65.7
Josh Freeman, Buccaneers
Thursday: Completed 19 of 36 passes for 262 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions in a 36-17 victory at Minnesota.
Week 8 Total QBR: No. 10 at 68.2
Cam Newton, Panthers
Sunday: Completed 20 of 39 passes for 314 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions in a 23-22 loss to Chicago.
Week 8 Total QBR: No. 23 at 19.2
Season Total QBR: No. 29 at 39.1
