A lot of folks are talking playoff scenarios and there's some confusion about where the Bucs and Falcons stand. They're each 9-5, two games behind NFC South leader Carolina, but that's where things get complicated. The reality is the Panthers probably will win the division and the Bucs and Falcons will battle for a wild-card spot.

Here's a good synopsis of where things are and what could happen. The gist of it is the Bucs presently would get in the playoffs ahead of the Falcons if they both win their two remaining games. But that hasn't happened yet.
