Silver linings: Rams vs. Texans

The facts: The Rams fell to 1-13 with a 16-13 home defeat to the Texans in Week 15.

His 57 kickoff returns are tied for second-most in team history for one season. Tony Horne had 57 in 2000.

  • Linebacker Paris Lenon forced a fumble. Safety Craig Dahl and defensive tackle Darell Scott recovered fumbles.

  • The Rams converted 8 of 15 times on third down. Their 53 percent conversion rate was the highest for the Rams this season.

  • Steven Jackson passed Eric Dickerson for the most carries in franchise history. Jackson also passed Dick Bass for fifth on the Rams' all-time all-purpose yardage list.

  • Josh Brown made a 52-yard field goal. He leads the NFL since 2003 in made field goals of at least 50 yards.

  • The Rams set season lows for penalties and penalty yardage.
