GLENDALE, Ariz. -- As he does every day during training camp, Arizona Cardinals coach Bruce Arians addresses the media after the morning walk-through. Here's a recap of what Arians discussed:
  • Arians
Veteran outside linebacker John Abraham reported to camp and questions about him dominated the press conference.
  • After Thursday, Arizona will spend their practices preparing for their opponents instead of playing Cardinals vs. Cardinals, Arians said.
  • Arians said the main objective of Saturday’s game is simple: "Win," he said. "Win and continue o play as well as we did."
  • Rookie defensive tackle Bruce Gaston is out with a knee injury.
  • Wide receiver Ted Ginn (knee) will practice a little.
  • Arians said Ginn and Michael Floyd (groin) will make the trip to Minnesota for Saturday’s preseason game but will be a game-time decision.
  • Tight end Darren Fells "continues to improve" Arians said, although "he’s experiencing a lot of new things too many times."
