The Seahawks and Rams face pressing decisions at quarterback once the 2009 season finishes.

Seattle's Matt Hasselbeck is 34 years old and coming off a two-game stretch with eight interceptions. His contract expires after the 2010 season. The team will have a new general manager. Coaching changes also could be forthcoming.

March 11 is one date to keep in mind. The Seahawks owe a $1 million roster bonus to Hasselbeck on that date, but only if Hasselbeck is still on the roster.

In St. Louis, the Rams are expected to release injured starter Marc Bulger to avoid paying his $8.5 million salary for 2010.
