Hasselbeck gets limited work in practice

Matt Hasselbeck threw passes on a football field wearing a Seattle Seahawks practice jersey Friday. That constitutes progress by just about any measure. Hasselbeck got some 7-on-7 work, a first step toward a possible return against Arizona in Week 11.

Receiver Deion Branch participated in more meaningful portions of practice. He'll make the trip to Miami, but it's unclear if he'll play. Guard Floyd Womack, fullback Leonard Weaver and linebacker Lofa Tatupu also practiced. Each is expected to play against the Dolphins.

Tight end Will Heller, defensive end Patrick Kerney and linebacker David Hawthorne remain sidelined by injuries.
