Russell Okung will wear Steve Hutchinson's old jersey number (76) while filling Walter Jones' shoes at left tackle.

The tackle from Oklahoma State may or may not have their talent, but he does, by all accounts, possess a strong work ethic. He comes off as mature and big enough to handle what might unreasonable expectations. The way he rolled with expectations during this interview with Seattle's Q13 Fox Sports was typical of how he handled himself during a weekend filled with media interaction.

Trent Williams was the first tackle drafted based largely on his talent, but his work ethic has come into question from those who know him best. My perception is that Okung will get more from his ability. The question would then be whether 75 or 85 percent of Williams is still better than 100 percent of Okung.
