NFC West teams have quietly made roster moves in recent weeks, signing lower-profile players to future contracts in preparation for the coming 80-man roster limits.

Practice-squad contracts have also expired for teams no longer contending in the playoffs.

Arizona Cardinals

Future contracts: punter Waylon Prather, quarterback Tyler Palko, running back Justin Green, guard Ben Claxton.

Practice squad: receiver Lance Long, defensive tackle Keilen Dykes, cornerback Wilrey Fontenot, guard Enoka Lucas, tight end Alex Shor, receiver Onrea Jones, linebacker Kelly Poppinga, free safety Dennis Keyes.

Expired practice squad contracts: None. The Cardinals' eight-man practice squad remains intact while the team continues in the playoffs.

St. Louis Rams

San Francisco 49ers
