Former 49ers tight end Billy Bajema has agreed to terms with the Rams.
Bajema played sporadically on offense. Only Jeff Ulbrich and Tully Banta-Cain played more on special teams for the 49ers last season.
Bajema provides depth for the Rams on offense. He does not project as a receiving tight end. Randy McMichael, who suffered a broken leg early last season, returns as the primary receiving threat at the position.
