SEAT 16A -- This past Super Bowl week offered plenty for NFC West fans.

Marshall Faulk, Sam Bradford, Steve Spagnuolo, Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Steve Young, Larry Fitzgerald, Ken Whisenhunt and Cortez Kennedy appeared on our radar at various times, as did potential candidates to become the Arizona Cardinals' defensive coordinator (notably Keith Butler).

Up next: more questions about the tenuous labor situation. Those can wait at least a day.

I'm en route from Dallas to Seattle right now and running low on battery life.

One little Super Bowl tidbit: Green Bay's 31-25 victory marked only the second time an NFL game has ended by that score, dooming those who made predictions on the blog Saturday. I had the Packers winning by a 27-13 margin. Of our eight divisional bloggers, five had the Packers winning: me, Kevin Seifert, Tim Graham, Paul Kuharsky and Pat Yasinskas.

I'll check back here once I get home.
