Restructured deal helps Cardinals' cap situation

The Cardinals faced some salary-cap challenges as players moved closer to realizing incentives that would count against the cap this season instead of next if the NFL and its players failed to extend the collective bargaining agreement.
The solution, according to Kent Somers, was a restructuring of Adrian Wilson's recently signed contract.
Some of the money Wilson's earning could be headed to NFL charities if the league fines him for his hit on Vernon Davis in Week 1.
