My wife's decision to start Frank Gore worked out pretty well, but neither of us came close to cracking the top 10 as shown on the leaderboard.
Congrats to BFugate774 for taking over the top spot with 330 points. His lineup for Week 2 produced 174 points:
- Drew Brees (24 points)
- Philip Rivers (26 points)
- Frank Gore (35 points)
- Adrian Peterson (17 points)
- Andre Johnson (26 points)
- Tony Gonzalez (13 points)
- John Carney (12 points)
- 49ers defense (12 points)
Great call sticking with Johnson at receiver after a rough first week. I would put Larry Fitzgerald in a similar category. You know it's a matter of when, not if, he begins producing at previous levels.
Jvcretan enjoyed the strongest Week 2 among NFC West Gridiron Challenge participants. He amassed 188 points in Week 2 with the following lineup:
- Aaron Rodgers (18 points)
- Peyton Manning (20 points)
- Chris Johnson (45 points)
- Frank Gore (35 points)
- Larry Fitzgerald (9 points)
- Roddy White (11 points)
- Dallas Clark (24 points)
- Nate Kaeding (14 points)
- Bears defense (12 points)
Getting 80 points from two running backs and 24 more from the tight end isn't bad.
My lineup was good for only 129 points (thank you, Greg Jennings):
- Drew Brees (24)
- Philip Rivers (26)
- Michael Turner (16)
- Adrian Peterson (17)
- Greg Jennings (0)
- Andre Johnson (26)
- Jason Witten (9)
- Olindo Mare (4)
- Rams defense (7)
Hope you're enjoying the league. I'm happy to have moved up from the 34th percentile after Week 1, but it's a long season.
