The facts: The Seahawks fell to 1-3 with a 34-17 road defeat to the Colts in Week 4.

The upside: Even the worst defeats tend to feature a bright spot or two.
  • Cornerback Ken Lucas came up with a rarity: an interception off Peyton Manning.
  • Running back Justin Forsett had a 37-yard kickoff return and a 26-yard average.
  • Quarterback Seneca Wallace completed 73 percent of his passes.
  • The Seahawks converted 5 of 9 times on third down in the first half.
  • Coach Jim Mora did not blame the defeat on any single player.
  • The next two games are at home before a Week 7 bye.
Looking ahead: The Seahawks return home to face the Jaguars in Week 5.
