"A Card, a Ram and a Seahawk walk into a weight room. ..." Darren Urban takes the story from there.

Coach Ken Whisenhunt offers his analysis of sixth-round draft pick Ryan Lindley.

San Francisco 49ers

Matt Maiocco says Jim Harbaugh has sent a clear message with his "best receiver" comment.

Ann Killion says not so fast when it comes to crowning Randy Moss. "Of course, on paper Moss is the 49ers best receiver. He has Hall of Fame credentials. But to say that he’s the best receiver on the team right now is an insult to players like Michael Crabtree and Mario Manningham. Everyone is fabulous in June and July. But Moss has not played a meaningful down of NFL football since January 2, 2011. He has not scored a touchdown since a week before the Giants won the World Series."

Seattle Seahawks

Quarterback Matt Flynn and wide receiver Doug Baldwin have formed a bond during offseason workouts.

Jerry Brewer of the Seattle Times says Seattle needs a sports superstar once again and he lists a few Seahawks as possibilities to fit the bill.

St. Louis Rams

Sam Bradford still believes he made the right decision to return to school after winning the Heisman Trophy. "I know coming back was the complete right decision for me. There's no way I was ready to leave college after two and half years," Bradford said Wednesday during his youth football camp. "Even though I came back and got hurt, the experience that I gained in that extra year was invaluable. There's no way I would have been able to step into an NFL huddle and lead an NFL team at 21 years old."
