Wallace cleared to start for Seattle

The Seahawks expect Seneca Wallace to start at quarterback against Tampa Bay. This provides a reason for Seahawks watchers to expect something different from a struggling offense.

I wouldn't expect a sudden revival, but the chances are higher now than they were with Charlie Frye running the offense and coach Mike Holmgren showing little confidence in him. Wallace has command of the system and that should show up in how Holmgren calls the game.
