Weather OK, but 49ers' Willis to storm Cards
By Mike Sando
SAN FRANCISCO -- The Cardinals probably will not have to worry about rainy weather at Candlestick Park.
Skies are cloudy, but the forecast calls for only a 10 percent chance of precipitation.
Temperatures could dip into the 40s during the game. Wind can often be a factor here, but the forecast is not calling for blustery conditions.
Expected conditions should give Kurt Warner a decent chance to throw the football if the Cardinals can protect him.
Handing off would be pointless, of course, after Patrick Willis guaranteed the 49ers would shut down Tim Hightower, Beanie Wells and anyone else foolish enough to challenge San Francisco on the ground.
