TAMPA, Fla. -- Cardinals quarterback and unabashed do-gooder Kurt Warner says he found kindred spirits in the Arizona locker room -- and he and the team are in Tampa because of it.
"Everybody wants to look on the field and say that our success is because of what happens when we step between the lines," said Warner, making his third Super Bowl appearance. "What I have come to realize in my career is that so much of a team's success is about relationships and chemistry.
"The Cardinals organization has done a tremendous job putting together good-character guys. You don't hear about our guys getting in trouble or doing bad stuff. And when you have good people you react in the right way, you don't panic in tough situations. That is the rock for all of us."
