AccuScore: Seahawks minus cornerbacks
By Mike Sando
There's no word yet as to whether Seattle cornerbacks Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner are going to miss time to NFL suspensions for performance-enhancing drug use.
While the process plays out, AccuScore has simulated the Seahawks' remaining schedule 10,000 times, with and without the corners.
The first chart shows results for those simulations. Seattle faces Chicago (road), Arizona (home), Buffalo (Toronto) and San Francisco (home) over its next four games. The team finishes its regular-season schedule at home against St. Louis.
Again, we do not yet know whether Sherman and/or Browner will miss games or which games they might miss. We just know they face four-game suspensions pending appeal.
The second chart shows projected winning percentages on a game-by-game basis, with and without the cornerbacks.
