Feel free to tell me where to go -- not that I could stop you -- but the travel schedule is set for Weeks 7 and 8.
I'm heading to St. Louis for the Cowboys-Rams game Sunday, the Rams' first home game under coach Jim Haslett. This will mark the second time I've seen the Rams in person. Arizona has a bye. The 49ers visit the Giants. The Seahawks visit the Bucs. I'm interested in seeing whether the Rams can give the banged-up Cowboys problems.
The chart shows how many times I've seen each NFC West team in person this season.
Arizona's surge to a 4-2 record and sole possession of first place secured a trip to Carolina for the Cardinals-Panthers game in Week 8. Otherwise it was going to be Seahawks-49ers or Rams-Patriots.
A quick look at the travel schedule so far:
Week 1: Cardinals at 49ers.
Week 2: 49ers at Seahawks.
Week 3: Rams at Seahawks.
Week 4: Cardinals at Jets.
Week 5: Patriots at 49ers.
Week 6: Cowboys at Cardinals.
Week 7: Cowboys at Rams.
Week 8: Cardinals at Panthers.
I'll list upcoming matchups for NFC West teams below. As always, your feedback is appreciated. I anticipate staying home for Eagles-Seahawks in Week 9 and Cardinals-Seahawks in Week 11. The 49ers-Cardinals game makes the most sense in Week 10.
