"Sunday NFL Countdown" airs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET on ESPN. Below are some of the features you can see this week.

Also, check out our experts’ picks.

Russell Wilson’s wallet: When the Seahawks' QB made his weekly visit to a Seattle children’s hospital, he ran into a young girl who liked to make wallets out of duct tape. In fact, she had made one specifically for Wilson. We examine the bond that wallet formed between Wilson and the 11-year-old girl who was in need of a heart transplant.

Nick Foles: Philadelphia is now 4-1 in games started by the second-year quarterback. We sent former Eagles QB Ron Jaworski to the City of Brotherly Love to find out how Foles has adapted to Chip Kelly’s offense, the support he has gotten from Michael Vick and how being a blue-chip basketball recruit has helped him as a quarterback.

Trimming the fat: Many times when large linemen retire they find the battle of the bulge even tougher to fight in their retirement years. We found some linemen -- Alan Faneca, Jeff Saturday, Damien Woody and “The Biggest Loser” contestant Antone Davis -- to discuss how they’ve worked to lose hundreds of pounds since their playing days.
