Power Rankings: No. 21 Tennessee Titans

A weekly examination of the Titans' ESPN.com Power Ranking:

Preseason: 16 | Last Week: 20 | ESPN.com Power Ranking since 2002

In a league with a lot of bad teams, the pool of teams available for the Titans to work their way behind is thinning. So a second loss to the Colts dropped the Titans only one spot in the ESPN.com NFL Power Rankings to 21st.

Their season low is 24th.

Next up for the Titans is a trip to Denver. The Broncos are coming off a solid win at Kansas City and are No. 2 in the poll.

Here’s our weekly update on where the Titans stand:

Tennessee Titans in the Power Rankings

The high vote belongs to ESPN.com senior writer John Clayton. He just saw the Titans’ loss to the Colts in person -- I visited with him in the press box. The low vote belongs to ESPN.com Giants writer Dan Graziano.

The rest of the AFC South: The Colts are ninth, while the Jaguars and the Texans remain 31st and 32nd, respectively.
