BALTIMORE -- The Ravens are in the playoffs for the second time in three years following Sunday's 27-7 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Baltimore (11-5) will travel to play the Miami Dolphins (11-5) in the wild-card round of the postseason. The Ravens beat Miami on the road during the regular season, 27-13, in Week 7.

Joe Flacco had a stellar game to develop more momentum going into the playoffs. He threw for 297 yards in the win for Baltimore. The Ravens' defense also was solid in holding the Jags (5-11) to just seven points.

It has been quite a ride for Flacco and rookie head coach John Harbaugh, who together have resurrected this franchise to being a contender once again. Their journey has culminated into a playoff berth, but veterans on the team such as linebacker Ray Lewis and safety Ed Reed will be hungry for more.
