Terrelle Pryor's timing in turning pro couldn't have been worse.

Seven teams drafted quarterbacks in the first three rounds of the April draft, and the ongoing labor problems might make coaches reluctant to add the burden of preparing Pryor to an already-shortened offseason program.

Many believe Pryor has a third- or fourth-round grade, and here are the five teams that could possibly take a chance on a quarterback they haven't seen much.

1. Oakland Raiders -- New coach Hue Jackson works well with quarterbacks and could try to develop Pryor as a passer behind Jason Campbell. The Raiders also don't have a quarterback signed past this season. It might take a couple years to develop Pryor, but it might be a worth a mid-round choice for the Raiders to try.

2. Miami Dolphins -- Whether it's a veteran quarterback or a rookie, the Dolphins want to add someone to compete against Chad Henne now or in the future. Miami didn't address the position in the draft, but if Pryor is available for a lower-round pick it might be an interesting move.

3. Baltimore Ravens -- This might be a bit of a reach, but as a lower-round selection Pryor could interest the Ravens as a receiver. Having him learn under Anquan Boldin would be the key. Boldin was a quarterback in college and uses the knowledge gained there to put himself in position to help his quarterback.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers -- Many scouts believe Pryor potentially has Dennis Dixon-like ability as quarterback. Dixon is in the final year of his contract with the Steelers, who must decide if they can keep him as a developmental quarterback or need to find the next option.

5. Washington Redskins -- This also could be a long shot, but the Redskins will likely need a third quarterback. Mike Shanahan plans to start John Beck and re-sign Rex Grossman as competition for Beck, and if Shanahan thinks Pryor has potential he could be an option.
